Turnkey homes · Pacific Costa Rica
Land, a luxury concrete home, design and furniture, water studies, your Costa Rican company and the people you’ll rely on, delivered as one phased, fixed-price service for Americans and Canadians making the Pacific their home.
The OneKey Pacific approach
Moving to Costa Rica should feel like coming home, not like managing a dozen strangers in a second language.
We find the land and study the water. We design your home and build it in certified modular concrete, raised to a luxury finish. We furnish it, coordinate your Costa Rican company, and help you choose your car and the local professionals you can trust. You sign one contract, speak with one point of contact, and receive one key.
See the five phasesFrom the first lot visit to the day you move in, furnished and ready to live.
Clear phases and milestones, with written progress reports in English at every step.
A fixed price for each phase, agreed in writing. What’s included, and what isn’t, is stated up front.
What one key unlocks
Titled lots and homes built on certified modular concrete-block systems in the Concrepal and Arma Bloque style, upgraded with generous glazing, warm wood, natural stone and coastal-grade detailing.
Architecture, interiors and curated furniture packages, selected with you and installed before handover, so the home is move-in ready.
Before you commit, we commission a water study for your lot and share the findings in writing. Service always depends on the local provider, and we never assume it.
We coordinate the incorporation of your Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (S.R.L.) or Sociedad Anónima (S.A.) with independent, licensed local counsel, so it’s ready when it’s time to sign.
Help choosing and buying a vehicle locally, plus a vetted network for pool, garden, cleaning, maintenance and property care.
OneKey Pacific coordinates; licensed Costa Rican attorneys and notaries provide all legal services. Company information is general only, not legal or tax advice. We do not offer immigration or residency services.

The OneKey process
A single project manager guides you from reservation to keys. Each phase carries its own fixed price, and you pay against verified milestones, never far ahead of the work.
Visit, or join a video tour. Choose your lot and model, review the lot’s studies, and reserve.
Personalize finishes and furniture while we coordinate your S.R.L. or S.A. with independent counsel.
Licensed professionals, a certified concrete modular build and independent inspections at key stages.
Furniture installed, utilities connected, your vehicle and trusted local vendors arranged.
A final walk-through, your key and documents, and after-sales care from the Hub.

About 1.24 acres, with a park, a playground and a community area.

Why El Llano
This is the first release of a 13-home community. The earliest buyers get first choice of lots and models, and the chance to shape their home before the neighborhood takes form.

The residences
Every OneKey Pacific home is a certified concrete modular build raised to a luxury finish: generous glazing, warm wood, natural stone, a private plunge pool and tropical landscaping. Each is furnished and handed over move-in ready.

Floor-to-ceiling glass slides open to the terrace and pool; an open kitchen centers on a quartz island.

Rooms gather around a private patio, bringing light, air and garden views into every space.

An upper-level primary suite with a walk-in closet and balcony, a ground-floor guest suite and double-height glazing.

A compact footprint with full-height glazing on both floors, made for easy upkeep and part-year living.
Ducted central air conditioning with an outlet in every room and a quiet outdoor condenser.
4-inch drain lines with cleanouts, sized so toilet paper can be flushed, just as you’re used to.
Porcelain tile, quartz counters, teak accents, impact-rated glass and premium-class fixtures.
Designed interiors and a luxury furniture package, installed before you arrive.

All areas are indicative and depend on each lot’s dimensions, setbacks, coverage limits and the approved plans. Prices, warranty terms and builder names are to be confirmed; pricing is available on request. References to Concrepal and Arma Bloque describe the type of building system only and imply no affiliation, partnership or supply agreement.
The Hub
At the entrance to the community, a mixed-use lot of about 495 m² is planned as the Tamarindo Hub: our on-site base and your everyday convenience.
Uses, size and opening schedule are indicative and subject to permits.

The community
A small, private, walkable neighborhood: an internal street with sidewalks, native low-water landscaping, a park and a playground for visiting grandchildren. A social pool and a pickleball court are options under study for the community area, subject to design and permits.
